1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We accept returned items within 7 days following the delivery of your order.

2. The customer must shoot a video clip while unpacking the order. If the customer needs to return/replacement, the unpacking video is mandatory. We cannot provide any of the compensation for customers who do not have the video.

3. The styles should be returned in the same condition as when received: unwashed, not used and with the original tag attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

4. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
